This Privacy Policy describes how DomaGolf SA (« we », « us », or « our ») handles information in connection with our internal Google Calendar integration application (« the Application »). This Application is used exclusively for internal business purposes within our organization.
2. Information we access
When you authorize the Application through your Google account, we request access to the following data via the Google Calendar API:
Google Calendar events (read and/or write, depending on the feature used)
Calendar metadata (calendar names, IDs, time zones)
Your Google account email address (for authentication purposes)
3. How we use this information
The data accessed through the Google Calendar API is used solely to:
Display, create, update, or delete calendar events as part of the Application’s core functionality
Synchronize scheduling data within our internal tools
Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
We do not use this data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose outside the Application’s stated functionality.
4. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your Google Calendar data with any third parties. Data accessed through the Google Calendar API is not transferred outside of the Application’s internal infrastructure, except as required by law.
5. Data retention
We do not permanently store the content of your Google Calendar events on our servers beyond what is necessary to fulfill a specific request made through the Application. Authentication tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time via your Google Account permissions.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we access. All communication between the Application and Google’s APIs uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored with restricted access.
7. User rights and revoking access
You may revoke the Application’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing the Application from the authorized apps list.
8. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The « Last updated » date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
